Bula Food Truck is a small, mobile kitchen rolling around Nadi — built on the belief that you don't need a long menu to make great food. You need two dishes, the right ingredients, and the patience to make every order fresh.
HOW IT STARTED
A Philly classic, served the Fijian way.
Our founder spent years in Philadelphia working the line at one of the city's busiest cheesesteak counters. He came home to Nadi with one stubborn idea: the real Philly cheesesteak — shaved sirloin, caramelised peppers and onions, a proper soft hoagie, melted cheese the way it's supposed to be — deserves to be in Fiji. Halal, fresh, and uncompromising.
We added a second dish because Fiji loves a loaded potato — and because not everyone wants beef every day. So we built one we'd be proud to eat: a whole baked potato, split open and loaded with grilled chicken, sauces, and toppings you actually want.
That's it. Two dishes. We focus on those, we move around Nadi, and we make sure every single order is built fresh. No heat lamps. No shortcuts. No excuses.
